~*Toya & Miyu's Friends*~
People and animals they like ^___^
My cats
Mii-Cat, my beloved Mii-Cat (her real name is Lucymia)
Mii-Cat is my everything! Although, my dogs don't really care about her and she doesn't care about them either. She just beats them up if they get on her nerves. Other than that, Mii-Cat is focused on me and her babies only. Mii-Cat is born summer 1998.
Moshe
Meet Moshe. We found this little monster during our last Israel vacation in June. He was blind, dehydrated, flea-infested and 70% dead. But after we smuggled him to Belgium, this weak baby has bloomed into a.... terrorist. Prepare to get bit, scratched or just simply annoyed. He's adorable. I bottle-raised him! And he loves the dogs. Miyu takes alot from him, while Toya sometimes growls and avoids him. Sometimes.
Sozo
Sozo is Mii-Cat's bisexual, salmon pink, son. He's a dog lover, but he liked our old dog Bogus better than the Akitas. Sozo's one crazy, silly cat! Born April 2000.
Minikui (Japanese for "ugly")
Minikui got her name because when she was a baby, she truly was ugly. Now she's such a pretty girl! And so shy... She never interacts with the dogs and focuses on her mother and brothers. She, too, is Mii-Cat's baby and born April 2000.
Katzu
Katzu is Mii-Cat's son, too. And Sozo's lover. He sometimes interacts with the dogs, but is usually by himself or with Sozo. He's a fat, shy, lovely boy, born April 2000.
The Shibas
Cozze & Jesse
Cozze is a funny little male Shiba Inu. I can't say he's Toya's friend, but I think it means something that he could bite Toya's ass - another male dog would die trying.
As for Jesse, he's my and my dogs' good friend. Always there to help us out and give good advice. Although Cozze may be a little jealous of his master's good bond with my dogs...
Shinju & Tamara
Shinju is a typical bitch who makes a drama out of a dirty paw. She loves it when Toya digs after imaginary prey and seems to see a bodyguard in him. They often play together.
Tamara is her master and my good friend who's helped me out a lot. We both like drawing, btw
She just started to breed Shibas, you can find her site in the link section.
Other Dogs
Daigetsu Furinkazan & Pascale
Daigetsu! I love her! Lovely, noisy, moody Daidai. She's a month odler than Toya and doesn't really notice him, but they'd make a cute pair I think. She's a lovely dog, but on shows she loves to embarrass Pascale by barking and howling all the time.
Pascale is Daigetsu's owner and breeder, you find her site in the links, too. She knows a lot about the Akita scene, who's who and stuff. And although she's really nice and sweet, she's got her opinion and won't hide it.
Goya & Katrin
Goya is my best friend's funny little bitch. A real bitch. When Toya gets too close, Goya growls the bajeezus out of him... But she's a lovely doggy! When I stop by, she brings me a towel, a shoe... she and Toya hunted rabbits together.
Katrin is my best friend whom I met at the fucked-up German School of Brussels. We both changed school because it sucked. I contamined her with my anime/manga obsession and in 2003, we went to Japan together. Katrin's moved to Scotland and I don't see her much, which sucks. Grrrrr... you read that?
Mitrill & Joni
Mitrill is THE most beautiful Alaskan Malamute I've EVER seen! So what if longcoat is a faul, I love it! When I saw her pictures, I wanted a Malamute, too... Mitrill and Toya = love at first sight! It's surprising for she's a very dominant girl. But when Toya saw her in the car, he immediately wanted to play. That's remarkable for Toya usually growls at unknown dogs when they approach him.
Joni is Mitrill's owner and can be proud to have a dog I drool about.
Jack & Luc
Jack was Toya's bestest childhood friend who came to our bar every Saturday with his owner Luc. While Luc had a chat with us, Toya and Jack were playing and running through the bar. Unfortunately, Toya grew up and as male Akitas do, started to disallow Jack on his territory and their last meeting ended in a fight
Almost adopted
Morena
Morena is a wolf-shepherd-labrador-sighthound mix bitch from Spain, living in Belgium. When Toya and she met at the age of 7 months, they were fond of each-other. Morena had to go because of her temperament, but although I was about to take her, I changed my mind on behalf of my cats
Ronya
Morena was 2 years old when I met her during a walk with Toya. I heard a dog barking, but all I saw, was a shed. When I walked up to the shed which was 50 yards away from any human housings, I found a 2m² kennel inside, with a lonely pitbull barking her heart out. I thought, poor thing, I'll take her. And indeed, the owner was looking for a new home for her since he himself has no time to look after her. I took her for a test walk, but she attacked everyone who approached us. No thanks. She's wild about Toya though. She loved to play with him, even a little too much so.
Perle
"Lovely husky bitch needs a new home. 15 years old, in great health. Hopefully she finds a new home, it'd be too bad to euthanize her" - okay, that's when I go "WTF!?". Why euthanize? Is that how you reward 15 years of friendship? I was going to take her, but she's never lived inside so she wasn't housebroken, plus she wasn't spayed and got in heath when she saw Toya. Toya was mad about her, he even tore his leash! I hope she found a good home by now...
